HI,Anyone using Eclipse for ui development means devlopment of components(content and page),dialogs,templates. Need inputs on how to use. thanks.

Yes, at Six Dimensions we primarily use Eclipse for our CQ5 UI development.  I did a webinar awhile back on how to build and deploy CQ5 projects which covered the basics of project structure.  Adobe also has a page on Developing with Eclipse which you may find useful.
